I’m glad to inform the citizens of Monroe County that we had another successful year with Shop with a Cop in December of 2023.  My office received an overwhelming donor support and we provided a shopping day for 102 children.

Due to the large number of children, we ran the event December 5th and 6th and upon each day after the completion of shopping, both groups of children were taken for lunch.  We all had a great time and appreciate all of the support. 

I would like to give “Thanks” to the Switzerland of Ohio Local School District Superintendent - Phillip Ackerman, Monroe County and Monroe Achievement Center - Superintendent Jessica Price for supplying transportation and employees to assist.
