​The Deputies of Monroe County patrol an area of approximately 457 square miles.  The Sheriff's Office routinely responds to calls such as Domestic Violence, Assaults, Threats, Breaking and Entering, Thefts and many other crimes that happen on a daily basis all while assisting residents of Monroe County with routine protective services and serving official Court Documents.

Monroe County is located in South East Ohio along the Ohio River and is joined by Belmont, Noble and Washington Counties.
